Wanted to sell my house after 7 years. As a friend of family suggested a pre-inspection before listing the house. I did not want to do it ,but thanks to my lovely wife who made the right decision for all of us. We hired Alpha Tech. Mehrdad was on time. That was a good thing. He said it would take him almost 3 hours to do the proper inspection, but he left after 4 1/2 hours. That was another good thing. We got the report on site.Next day started doing the few minor repairs, and a major one (roof) . Next 2 weeks was renovation time. #rd week , the house was listed.And after 10 days, the house was gone. I am very happy with Alpha Tech and i %100 recommand them to everyone. thanks and God bless
