Highly recommend Technical Builders to handle this type of project. He is meticulous and very through. Final product is solid and won't need replacing in my lifetime. Although rain was an issue during the construction, he made sure that my project received his entire focus until it was completed. Very happy with the final result. I have tried to provide pictures of the craftsmanship, but website is not taking them, which is to bad since they look good.

thanks duncan, weather kicked me around a bit but we got to the finish line, as for the pics, now they have posted
duplicates which doesn't look very professional, homestars has become my biggest ''online mistake'' anyway there not worth the air.
hopefully your senior pups are using the stair without struggle. i'll talk to my metal guy this weekend and see whats up-everyone's schedule
