We had a small basement renovation project, and Steadman was very creative in thinking about options that would provide us with living space, laundry room, storage and a bathroom/shower. He was responsive and easy to work with, and the price and time to completion were more than satisfactory--especially impressive since our house is more than 100 years old, and has layers of amateur work on electricity, HVAC and plumbing built up over the years. We would be happy to work with Steadman again.

We had a number of jobs which we used Preferred Plumbing Solutions services for--toilet replacements, repairs to our water main, installation of a shower column, and an emergency HVAC call when our thermostat died. Raphie, Mario, and other members of the team were always extremely responsive. They bring a level of knowledge to the work which will make you feel like you're really getting the best advice--even if you have complicated or unusual problems, and they are clearly dedicated to good work and to your satisfaction with the project.

Lincoln rebuilt our back deck in record time! We had an older deck that had some safety issues, and Lincoln walked us through the relevant choices to make for building a replacement that would meet our needs. He was knowledgeable, easy to reach, and when it came time to complete the project he was able to do it promptly. He was very easy to work with and we will be asking him to help with any future deck needs we have.
