When we had hay city projects install this roof and railings we were unsure about the stated warranties that this builder had mentioned to us. 4 years ago we experienced a very bad hail storm, to which hay city responded with the warranty in question and the roof was replaced without any paperwork. I would say that Hay City Projects really stand up to everything they say about there products
