All my master bedroom lights and the plugs stopped working. Alex was kind enough to come on a Sunday and fix it. It was complicated trying to figure out what was wrong. It all seemed fine but the same thing happens again. Alex was off that day but as soon I called him he came and once again troubleshooted the issue and finally figured out exactly what had gone wrong. He made sure he fixed it properly and double checked everything and even though he was there for a while he didn’t charge any extra for the second visit. I was very impressed with his expertise and his ethics. Highly recommend him especially after I also found out that he had done all the new lighting on our next door neighbours extensive renovation.
