Top notch service and response times! Got a call almost immediately after submitting an inquiry that our furnace fan stopped working and hence we had no AC during the heatwave. Otto came out late on a Friday evening to immediately diagnose the problem - unfortunately we required a new motor. Monday morning Otto was on it and came back Monday night to finish the repair. Great communication, speedy service and fair pricing! Would recommend and would definitely use them again!
