A friend of mine recommended the lighting warehouse to me because she said they would have everything I needed. She was right. The store has so many lights that it would be nearly impossible not to find something suitable. With that being said, it was a little overwhelming. There are almost too many choices. So, if you are a person who has difficulty making decisions, it may take a while at this store. lol. But if you're a person that likes to have many choices, then this store is perfect. Unlike other stores that only have a few lights on display and the rest you need to look online or in a catalogue, this store has them all on display.

I liked the selection and the one-stop shopping option at Splashes. I was able to choose my faucets from the varied selection and it was nice actually see what they looked like in person, rather than just in a brochure. I got all of my faucets, sinks, toilets, tubs and showers at Splashes. Two things I did not like about my shopping experience were: I had to go to the Langley location because the Richmond one did not always have what I was looking for on display (and vice versa), and there isn't any stock for items that aren't the typical 'builders specials'. If I wanted a sink that wasn't plain and boring, I had to wait 4-6 weeks. Same thing with my toilets, some faucets, and my tub. If you have lots of time then it isn't a problem, but if you are making a last minute decision you are stuck with the standard fixtures they have in stock.

I chose to use Ames for most of my tiling needs because they have a great selection. The showroom is large and they have many products on display. The sales staff was friendly and helpful and offered me samples before I had a chance to ask for one. In addition, it was nice that they had available stock and I did not have to wait for my tiles.

From the first time I walked in the showroom and throughout my selection process, I received super customer service. The sales lady I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and able to guide me in the direction I needed to go. She was able to clearly explain the way the different hardwoods and laminates would wear depending, of course, on the traffic volume. Thus, she was able to suggest appropriate flooring for my needs.

With so many window companies to choose from I had difficulty deciding which one to use. The quotes I received varied greatly but several of them were in the middle of the range. I chose Starline largely because of the exceptional customer service I received from my sales rep. He has been out to the job site multiple times and responds quickly to email requests and questions. He has been very upfront about costs and was helpful in suggesting ways to save money without compromising quality or style.

I'm working with I XL in Surrey on a house I am building in Delta. I've had great service each time I have gone there and my sales rep is full of helpful suggestions and ideas. Picking out the stone before all of the exterior colours have been chosen was not as difficult as I had imagined. I was encouraged to take multiple samples to the job site and compare them with the other materials being used.
