William was a pleasure to work with. He was punctual, professional and fairly priced. He took the condo-related logistical issues in stride (such as the main service elevator being out of order for the entire job!!!) His workmanship was excellent - so much so, that my parents hired him to install hardwood flooring in their house shortly after my job was done. I would definitely recommend William to anyone wishing to improve their flooring.
