The cleaning started out as good quality, but as time went on it got worse and worse. They are unprofessional and constantly changing the time or cancelling last minute. They follow a check list but there is no attention to detail and don't actually look to ensure that the item on the checklist was done properly before moving on. They are also in a hurry and would leave in just over an hour and the place was not properly cleaned. They also would leave things there all the time like their cloths and didn't even know what products to use for what purpose - ie. dish soap for cleaning the bathroom?!? When I finally got fed up enough to ask for a new cleaner, I was promised someone new. I reminded them the day before the scheduled cleaning and nobody responded and nobody showed up. I messaged many times to find out what happened and was just ignored. Very unprofessional company and hard to deal with.
