Anthony and his team installed a garage door but now needed a replacement window on the door. This is where the issues begins. I was provided a quote to replaced the window - which I agreed to. However, it turns out they installed a garage door which had windows fixed into the door and was not as simple as removing screws & replacing the windows. It appears that they think there wasn’t enough money to made off of the job and did not want to do the job. They have since stopped responding and I’m left with a broken window with no way to fix it as the garage door & parts are from Top Dog Garage Doors - who only sell to “contractors”.
