The install went well. A crew of 3 guys. Took about 5 hours to get 9 windows in . Good pace , house wasn't open to the elements for too long. The fishing (chaulking and flashing0 took longer than expected but that was mainly due to weather. Installed on a Friday, left two windows unfinished until Tuesday (they told me at the end of the day Friday they would come back to finish on Saturday, and they finished both of them on Saturday). Very professional job. They cleaned adequately inside the house , did not leave any finger/hand prints on the window frames. Outside they also cleaned everything neatly.

Service provided 1 day after phone call and was clearly explained beforehand. Uniformed serviceman, arrived promptly at specified time in company vehicle. His conduct was polite, helpful, and professional. He installed an electrical switch in a closet, installed a floor covering in a shower stall, replaced several bulbs in high fixtures, replaced a light switch, installed a new bathroom light fixture and a switch for it, assisted with re-setting my garage door opener, and fixed missing door knobs. The work was done smoothly and much more quickly than I could have done. Also, he had to purchase some special hardware items that were needed.

The gentleman arrived a few minutes before his scheduled time, we discussed the items we needed done and he immediately went to work. This was a full day's work--we did run into a small glitch-the ceiling fan he installed (I purchased) was defective, the lights didn't work. He tried to track the source of the problem, but since it was taking so much time, we decided it would be best for me to exchange that one for another. He installed that one and it was fine. Other than that setback, he worked quickly and efficiently and never stopped. Before moving to the next job, he would ask for clarity as needed and back to work he went. I think it was a little pricey, but I am very pleased with the services provided and would not only recommend the company but will use again in the future. Mike was friendly and professional; I give him 2 thumbs up!
