Siding 75%loose on 2 story wall and I am told it was installed correctly.
6 year old house. Siding on firewall totally loose but Rohit says it was installed correctly. Do not deal with this dishonest company. 3 Siding companies have said this was not installed correctly. But Rohit says I have to pay to fix their bad work.
Build a 4 Season Sun Room attached to the home
B Wise contractors did not apply for correct City of Edmonton permit for the building of my attached sunroom. They did not apply for a final inspection. They told me the inspection had been passed when I made the final payment. The City of Edmonton wrote to me about an outstanding permit. I found out it was for a 3 season sunroom and even that permit was failed. I am out thousands of dollars, have a house that will be hard to sell, and when I talked to B Wise about the permit, they tried to blame the City of Edmonton. When I refused to accept this, they hung up on me. Do Not Do Business with this company!!!!
