The two painters, Kevin and Bob, are relaxed due to their experience, which was backup by what they actually did, not just by what they said. It made me feel relaxed that they would do the job as if I personally were doing it. Knowledge, experience, trust - got the job done as expected. The five stare rating is no exaggeration.
