I had windows installed by Van Dohler's of Owen Sound. The workmanship and windows were acceptable but their quote was way too high for the wood sill and trim molding. I had left overs that amounted to approximately $500.00 in excess and they would take no responsibility for the over estimate and no credit or apology was given. The estimator said just keep the wood ( whish I have no use for) or they would pick it up but no credit. UNACCEPTABLE
