Shawn was friendly and thorough, explained things in ways we could understand, and didn't soft-pedal about the problems he saw in the house. His advice helped us feel well-informed as we made the decision to purchase the property, despite the need for major renovations. He also responded quickly and thoroughly to some of our follow up questions. We would definitely call him again.
