From our initial contact, the on-site estimate, and right through to the actual physical cleaning and treatment and Follow up, we found Thomson Roof Treatment to be very professional and caring. The very personable and ambitious young Technician arrived exactly on time, as promised, and proceeded directly to physically remove all moss completely without interruption. All the Gutters were then immaculately cleaned, after which the entire roof surface was treated with their 'Special Product'. He then, with care, cleaned up any and all moss residue or other foreign material that fell onto the surrounding flower beds and grassed areas during the process. The Roof looks like new. This kind of caring and quality workmanship is something that you just don't normally see these days. We were VERY impressed with his attitude and professionalism. The entire experience was without flaw. We would not hesitate to recommend Thomson Roof Treatment to anyone thinking of getting their roof de-mossed and treated for moss control.
