John remedied a job done by a previous contractor, which had lasted all of 6 months. John opened the bathroom ceiling and discovered the dryer vent was hooked up to the bathroom fan. The bathroom fan was venting into the dryer and the dryer was inadequately venting to the outside, via the fan. John separated the venting of the fan and dryer by rerouting the dryer venting to another outside wall. He also installed a new bathroom fan. Now both units are independent of each other. He replaced the insulation and drywall better than it was before. (The previous contractor had left a large hole around the dryer vent.). Thank you John.

Great job! My step and wall crumbled and fell apart over the winter. Jake did a great job! He was a fabulous communicator, explaining everything as he went along. He took great pride in his work. The rebuilt wall and step have never looked better! Wilkens' kindly accommodated my very tight schedule.

Adrian and his team installed, sanded, stained & Varathaned new oak floors on my third floor. They did an excellent job of matching existing oak floors on the ground floor. They were conscientious and delightful to have in my home. I highly recommend Adrian and his team.

Victor came the next day and snaked, moved and sealed a smelly drain. He offered a creative, simple and inexpensive solution to a chronic open drain to the city sewers.

Initially Roy talked me through a solution over the phone that cleared the problem somewhat but not totally. He therefore came and looked at the drain, suggested an easy, inexpensive and permanent solution that rectified the problem. If I could give a 10+ rating I would.
