On phoning and explaining my situation I was informed that they would have someone there in a 3 hour window and the time of that window. Jordan arrived in that time frame, provided a quote and then on acceptance of the quote got straight to work. We found the service was completed in a timely manner and that Jordan was a pleasure to have around. We are extremely happy with the work and have no problem recomending Gold Medal Plumbing to anyone who asks for a plumber.
