Private in Calgary

My husband I bought our new and first home with Jayman, that was our worst decisions we made. The house does not look anything like the show home. They made a huge mistake in there design making the pantry door right next to the fridge door. The door is blocked by the wall and I cant open it all the way, its damaging the wall and the fridge door itself. Jayman is not taking any responsibility for this after numerous emails and calls and speaking to VP no luck. They want everything their way if not they wont fix the issue. We paid lots of money and they still get to make decisions in out home, how is this fair?? Worse customer service from all of the management, they will never take responsibility for their mistake. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
