The HVAC system for the store stopped working so we called Furnace AC Solutions to come take a look. The procedures set by our property management isn't the easiest to deal with but they were able to patiently sort it out and get access to the roof. The issue was diagnosed quickly and they performed the necessary repairs. They offered to take a look at our other HVAC unit and transparently explained the cost. We were back on the ground debriefing within 45 minutes. An overall pleasant experience dealing with them.
