We appreciate your business with Cozy Comfort Plus. I am sorry to hear that you have reservations regarding the installation of your fireplace. Instead of being emotional and potentially ruining a person's and company's reputation it is always good to take a step back and see the full picture we as people, it is always good to help each other, when on your roof our techs took it on themselves to clean part of the eavestroughs from leaves and other debris, this was all done with a good heart. While doing the installation our techs ran into some issues which would have cost you an extra $200, after all was said and done you were not charged this fee and the installation was completed successfully. Here at Cozy Comfort Plus safety always comes first and all of our techs are fully licensed gas technicians. Feel free to call me if you still feel there are issues with this installation I will do whatever I can to put your reservations to rest.
