My Experience with Air Plus was exceptional. The technician was so nice, it was like having a friend come over and fix your broken furnace. He even wired the new thermostat to run on the AC from the house rather than run on batteries. Needless to say, I signed up for a maintenance plan with them.

After shopping around for months for waterproofing (serious damp basement) we decided on ABC Waterproofing. I was thrown off that their quote to do the job (a 47X20 foot house) was the lowest, and that they were the only one willing to do the full perimeter job. The main obstacle for the other companies was that one wall is 20 inches away from our neighbour's wall. While not interested in doing interior waterproofing, John from ABC Waterproofing said they would do the job, and wouldn't think of doing an interior job. The next thing that threw me off was that they could start so soon, but since they would do the job we wanted, we still went with them. We are still glad we did that. 5 months later and I think the brick is finally drying out (it was that bad). The crew was very professional and clean. They did everything right, and only had a couple of unexpected surprises which they were glad to fix. They paid a great attention to detail and even took over my paving stone project as a bonus. So not only did we get the best price, the best job, courteous workers, they even got it done on time! Every part of the transaction was great, from the first call, the sales interview, the minor problems, it was great. Thanks for renewing my trust in contractors.
