I asked Preferred Plumbing Solutions Inc. to rectify the retrofit installation of my shower faucet that was performed by another plumbing company. My attempt to get the previous plumber to rectify his work to my satisfaction turned out to be a futile exercise. Raphie from Preferred Plumbing and his team are very professional over the phone as well as in person. Raphie and Ron did the work for me. Before they proceeded, they thoroughly explained what needed to be done and if I didn't want to proceed, I was going to be charged just $49 for the service call. Raphie provided a total estimate to do the work which is not based on an hourly rate. The work that was done by Preferred Plumbing is more professional. I'm completely satisfied and it didn't bother me that I had to pay extra to get my shower faucet looking the way it should be. I recommend Preferred Plumbing Solutions Inc to anyone who wants to be treated fairly and get professional results.
