My call to the Rooter Group Inc was due to flooding in our basement likely caused by tree roots in the ceramic pipe that had to be replaced with pvc plastic pipe from the inside wall of our home to our property outside. They also installed a sump pump. Needless to say this involved a lot of hard digging in quite a large area which was done in a methodical and neat way. After completion of the outside work it was hard to tell that any digging had taken place. When working indoors they also took great effort to keep the work and surrounding areas neat. It was appreciated that they explained what was being done during the work process.
