Aaron, Sean and John from Silverback did an amazing job for us, replacing the entire breaker panel, installing 2 smoke/CO2 alarms and connecting them between two different stories of our home, finding the best way to do it with the least possible damage to our walls and ceilings. They also installed a new track light on a very, very high ceiling, put new timers in both our bathrooms, did other small jobs, and gave us excellent advice on how we might change the lighting in one of our bathrooms that we haven't been able to figure out for years. We will hire them again in the new year and meantime recommended them to two other neighbors, who reported back afterwards that they were really happy with the work Silverback did for them as well.

From the start Richard was reliable in his communication with me, showed up when he said he would, was open about what his charges would be (fair and competitive), knew how to problem-solve when unexpected things popped (e.g., the paint I bought took longer to dry than advertised, etc.), worked quickly moving from room to room, was respectful in our home, had loads of skills and experience, and an all-round nice guy to have around. I don't give 1010 for anyone, so 9/10 is pretty primo.
