Heat pump, model # HRP 040 , was tripping on low pressure. On May 16, the technician replaced retrokit # 510-070. The unit continued showing low pressure on heating and cooling. On May 28, technicians Norbu and Parth reset the unit. Mahmoud also assisted. It seems to be working fine now.They deserve our thanks for a job well done.
