CLS Landscape Supply is a JOKE! This company has an AMAZING sales team who will completely understand and delivery your project desires in a 3D conceptual design. However when the construction team shows up they literally have no idea of the project scope...and they WILL NOT ask you for clarification, they will wait for you to speak up. The other problem I have had with CLS is the constant lip service regarding schedules. At the beginning of the project they had told us that they would kick off the project in June however they started in SEPTEMBER! As a result the trees planted had transplant shock going into winter and were badly damaged come spring. We were told the trees will recover but their shape has been affected due to the damage. BEWARE fellow consumers.
