Greg and her crew picked up where another contract left off as we re-did a part of our basement. He approach was straight forward, honest and helpful. His crew was awesome and did an incredible job. Can easily recommend his work here and to others.

Hired Tom from Kitchen Installers Vancouver to install a kitchen from Ikea in a basement suite we were putting in. While the price quoted was good, he nickle and dimed things onto the quote and didn't finish the work completely. The installation was good and quick but he didn't tell us the handles were missing and asked to be paid again to install the handles. Be careful of what is included in your quote.

We are disapointed to hear that you were upset with the call-back charge for mounting the handles on the kitchen.
The fact that you did not purchase your handles from Ikea was beyond our control . Once you purchased the handles (more than a month after the date of the kitchen installation), we sent out an installer to drill and mount the handles for a nominal service charge of $60.00 which was already discussed and agreed upon by you prior to our return. This basic call-back charge is standard practice within our industry when problems outside of our control arise and neccesitate the need for an installer to return to a job.

Fixing/replacing a kitchen faucet
Found Mr Swirl on this site, and while the service was good, they were friendly, found the cost to be expensive. They ended up replacing a set of kitchen taps, which costs $500 for two hours of work including estimation time. While they did a very good job, I felt there price was expensive for the work done.
