So I originally wrote a very bad review about this company. But now that Roger has come back and fixed everything that should have been done earlier in the year I can honestly say that I am finally satisfied with the work that has been done and fixed. Roger and his dad came back and even solved a problem with our down spout and told my husband the best way to make it better so that it doesn't ice up again this coming winter. I will recommend this company to my friends and family if they ever want to have work done at the front of there house. They do do good work and they have been efficient this time. Thank you Roger dor coming back to fix what needed to be fixed. It was greatly appreciated. I found this company through local advertisement and got a quote from Jeff. He was very professional and pleasant so we decided to go with this company. At the beginning this job was done well and efficiently and we were satisfied at first. The following year Roger was supposed to come back and glue the stones down around the gardens and put the polymeric sand down as well, but unfortunately he didnt. Roger doesn't honour his guarantee and doesn't show up when he says he is going to. This all happened a year later after we paid everything in full which was $12,000. Our warranty is for 2 years which is coming to an end and there is still work that needs to be completed. Both myself and my husband feel that they took our money and ran so they don't have to come back to finish the job. We have sent pictures and videos to them to fix the problems and they said they would be here this spring....still nothing. Our property might seem small to the company but in my eyes it was a big job to me. Will not recommend this company unless they come and honour their warranty
