I generally don't write reviews but we were extremely impressed by Den when he came for the initial basement waterproofing consultation. Prior to Den's visit, we had 2 waterproofing companies give us a quote on the identified issue. When Den inspected the leakage, his professional judgement, competence, honesty and integrity came to shine! He took his time to explain everything in detail and all the potential alternatives available. Long story short, it turns out the leakage was due to a drainage pipe leaking and not the foundation crack which the other companies had identified! We were almost convinced the leakage was due to a foundation crack and were about to spend more than $2k that it not been for Den! I highly recommend Den as people like him are hard to find!
