Our carpets were fluffy after being cleaned. Thanks for being on time and for the thorough job. We weren’t sure what the dried white spots were around our area rug, and on the leather couch, but realized it was the dried cleaner. The spots wiped off easily.

Thanks for the feedback. Our apologies on the white residue but we'll review with our tech to determine the source, but that's not normal...we're glad to hear they removed easily by wiping off.
