This review is for two projects-1) Install a new walkway, patio and sod and 2) Stain/seal an existing fence. Ivan and his team did a fabulous job on both. The patio is beautiful and the sod and regrading worked out really well. The stain that Ivan recommended and applied turned out beautifully and both jobs were done efficiently and with care. I would highly recommend him.

Kosta called me back in a timely manner and was able to book me in 2 days later. He showed me how to turn off the indoor shut off valves which were not the standard ones. Then he came back and replaced my two old outdoor faucets, one of which had been leaking badly. He was very professional, got the job done quickly and called ahead to confirm when he was coming. The price was fair too. I would highly recommend him.

I was very happy with Yuri’s attention to detail. He provided a very thorough inspection and took the time to answer my questions at the site and after. He is also a top notch communicator, answering my phone calls promptly and making sure that I got his report and was able to open it. I also got him to do the infrared camera inspection to help determine what is behind the drywall. I wanted to reduce the inevitable ’surprises’ that are bound to come up once I move into my new ‘old’ home. Thank you Yuri, you were a pleasure to work with!
