We were looking to renovate our basement. We wanted to add a new kitchenette, new bathroom, and laundry room. Lisa and her team were fantastic. Lisa walked us through each step, and guided us through color schemes, layout. She listened to what we wanted, and guided us into more modern concepts without changing things completely. My calls and texts were always answered, even on the weekend. I wish I had known them when we did our last project, this project was stress free! We ran into some unexpected issues with mold and drainage problems. They were very transparent and went through each of the best scenarios and came to the best resolution. The extra cost was fair and We didn't feel like they were taking advantage of us in any way. I am absolutely thrilled with the final project and couldn't ask for a more customer oriented company. our project was completed on time even though we had some unexpected issues. We not only got what was expected, she went above and beyond our expectations. I cant wait to hire them for the next project!
