UPDATE - RECEIVED LETTER DAtED FEBRUARY 20, 2019. - SAYING INSOLVENT AND CEASED OPERATING Second season using Rosedale snow Removal. They are sadly not reliable and seem overwhelmed when have to provide snow removal service. First major snowfall since started using them was on Monday January 28. It is now 4 pm on Wednesday January 30 and they still have not come to do any snow clearing. Deep snow so cannot use my driveway. I cleared my own sidewalk on Tuesday since they had not showed up. When I emailed on Tuesday to find out if coming, they said out serving properties - which I assumed meant would get to me. Still haven’t showed up and no longer returning emails. If they had told me that could not come then I could have shoveled myself before the extreme cold weather which is now here. Contract says guarantee snow removal within 12 hours of end of snow fall. Many recent google reviews sadly shows that I am not alone. Many customers left without the snow plowing and shovelling they paid for. Very disappointed that they are unreliable and not providing service. And not communicating. UPDATE - they did come and clear snow in afternoon on Thursday January 31 (3 days after snowfall). Happy that they eventually came but answering emails / some communication would have kept me from major efforts to try to find replacement to plow driveway.

Excellent value and service for exterior trim painting, including iron railings. Very happy with the quoting process, the team who did the work and the result. They also recommended an excellent handyman service so I could get a repair done to my garage door trim before the painting.

This was a direct energy appliance service plan covered job. My ice maker stopped working. I called first in mid-March, 2015. 2 months and appointments booked so far. I would not recommend using them. Not life and death but shouldnt take 6 appintment and 2 months to get a simple repair to ice maker done because of bad scheduling and part tracking. After today's appointment, still not fixed since they never ordered the small valve which was diagnosed as problem more than month ago. First appointment - technician didn't want to pull fridge out from wall so did a quick diagnosis, said he was ordering parts. Second appintment - when parts came and technician pulled out fridge from wall, discovered additional problem of leak in a plastic tube, so he wouldn't install parts he had and said would order tube. Tube took 3+ weeks to get. Third appointment - different technican arrived but had forgotten parts and so he left. Fourth appointment - The forgetful technician arrived with the play six tube but not the major parts. He said log said it was installed in second appointment but he acknowledged that clearly it hadn't. He installed tube but still broken. Fifth appointment - no show. Sixth appintment - going on right now. A water pump and not needed valve was sent. After messing around to unsuccessfully install new water pump (missing needed tube), repairman is about to leave and still not working. More parts to be ordered - well part identified on day one still needs to be ordered. Try another company.

Excellent experience from quick reply to my website inquiry, quote, scheduling and job completion. Very professional and courteous. They did an excellent job assembling a headboard and bed-frame, which came in multiple boxes from Leon's and with minimal direction sheet. They also assembled the dresser. It all looks fantastic.
