JW Engineers was hired to reinstall a furnace and correct duct work due to the incompetence of an installer at another company. Zhenhua, at JW Engineers, is extremely knowledgeable and took great care the job would be done well. He answered any questions I had thoroughly and thoughtfully, and I had every confidence that JW Engineers would do the job right. Zhenhua came first to examine the situation and take measurements. Lance did the actual installation a few days later, but Zhenhua came during the installation and they consulted over details together. The work was done neatly, efficiently and at a very fair price, and I couldn't be happier. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend JW Engineers for any home renovation.
