The guys who did the vacuum were great and answered all of my questions. They let me know when they were done and I checked out the job. The guys that came for the blow in were also good and did a good job. Thank you for adding a new and improved bathroom vent and securing it to an existing roof vent instead of running it to the soffit. Nice job securing insulation to the hatch which I did not have previously. Some constructive criticism (but I'm not complaining): 1) Blow in team did not let me know when they were finished. I would have liked to check out the work and ask some questions. 2) Garage (where attic hatch is located) had insulation on the floor. Clean up could have been improved. Question: R60 = 16inches of insulation per the label left inside the hatch. I measured 16in shortly after the guys left. But won't that sink after 24hours?

The insulation will settles over time but it is not over 24 hours, typically we like to install 10% extra so that when it does settle, it settles to the desired 16". I will be sure to send someone out to you to make sure that you are taken care.
