Tristan was great. Very pleasant and easy to work with. He was able to perform the inspection on short term notice. He made me feel included during the inspection and throughout his inspection he would voice what he was checking for, any issues he was noticing and suggestions on how to address them. He was open to questions and gave a nice summary while looking through the pictures at the end. He also provided the report for me to review in a very timely manner. Would recommend.
