We purchased kitchen, media and great room cabinets from Muti several years ago when we built our house. We encountered an issue and I requested support from Roberto. Within a day a repair was scheduled. George arrived on time and quickly attacked the issue. George is very precise, works clean and takes pride in resolving the issue and satisfying the customer. After a few years of Muti installing my kitchen I had LED lighting issues. Their technician came on a Friday afternoon to resolve the problem. I learned that the electrician had installed the wiring and the transformer could not be located. Muti's technician really cared and stayed on the case and was able to find and replace the faulty transformer even though the issue did not stem from the original Muti install. I am thoroughly impressed by this company, great Italian kitchen cabinetry and their attitude of placing the customer first.
