Tom arrived at the home before we did and was already on the roof beginning the inspection. He was professional and thorough; he took the time to clearly explain his findings and to fully answer all our questions. He sent us a written report, complete with coloured photos, later that same evening. We felt comfortable proceeding with the purchase of the property because of his inspection.
