I contacted Lakeshore Home Maintenance to fix issues we were having with a few of our window cranks. Given it was a busy time of year, I was impressed to receive a return call from Sarah the same day - and even more impressed to have an appointment scheduled for the following week. Sarah and Keith arrived as promised and replaced the cranks quickly, and all work as new. It was a pleasure to work with them, and I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again. Thank you!

Tabatha was very informative on the and provided detailed information about the product and the process they use. Mike and John started work the following week - they were professional and very personable. The results are amazing - it truly looks like an original factory finish. Highly recommend - and I don't say that often.

Belyea handles our annual furnace maintenance yearly, and they are always prompt and reliable. We have an older boiler and they recommended installation of a low limit switch to increase its efficiency, as well as a couple of minor repair items. They answered my questions and installed the recommended items at their projected costs. I would recommend them.
