I called Aurora glass repairs Allfix showed up and butchered the doors and ruined 3 expensive ceramic tiles One door higher than the other door put on upside door on the wrong side and took expensive parts that are hard to replace They acted like they did nothing wrong and they are doing up a favour very arrogant Be very careful when employing them Its going to be expensive replacing those tiles Brutal
Great reviews good company on previous reviews I ordered a minimum 28 foot with the moms attic they showed up with a 26 foot truck took 6 hours plus to load because they had to disassemble a lot of furniture When I told them it’s to small they responded not too much it will fit Well it didn’t and I new that I asked them to make sure the large heavy plants to be loaded It cost me 110. To rent a truck to get the rest When I called the owner he put the onus on me to call him that the truck was too small and reimburse me for the rental he flatly refused Won’t use them again and they have great workers

no return policy very poor communication they give you the world until you pay and then do not care Told bring back the extra NOOOOO Problem at all. Tried to do that asked for an invoice receipt only thing we got at sale was credit card receipt said not good enough need invoice Refuse to look on computer said Nope said have a good day and walked away obviously they are not interested in satisfying customers and really dont care about repeat business I will take my future business to the big box stores their return policy no questions asked
