Two years ago we had one of the large Toronto based repair companies "repair" our unit and therm tell me that I will need a new air-conditioner. I decided to try and get it repaired by someone else since our unit is 8 years old and made no sense other than trying to sell me up. Ductless sent Charly and he fixed it, He was clean, efficient, on time and took an interest in my situation and he got the job done. Great experience and I would recommend him anytime. Way better than my other experience.

We had a very specific tile we wanted to install in our showers and bathroom floors that was made of a quartz composite material. The tiles were large and really shiny. A perfect job has to be done or any unevenness will show. The grout lines are tight and perfect. Kevin is a perfectionist. The tiling was perfect and on budget and time. I highly recommend Him. Greg has done many carpentry type jobs in our houses over the years. He is courteous, professional, on-time with schedule always met. He is phenomenal carpenter, but he has also done our custom exterior cedar, gate and house gables. He can do it all!
