The warehouse is clean and well stocked with product ready to go. The staff is fast and efficient although not friendly and open to questions. There were no mistakes on either of our orders. They assisted in loading the material into our vehicle, which was very helpful given the size and shape of the products.

The projection lamp on our tv went. This company was reccomended by Future Shop, as they do some repairs for them. They were very friendly and gave detailed instructions on how to remove the "basket" from the TV. At the store they had the part and replaced the lamp in less than five minutes. They answered all questions I had, making this 1st time fix easy.
