Fast efficient service at the store. Delivery was arranged within 2 days which was a pleasant surprise. The delivery service gentleman were also very professional. Both machines removed and new install done under an hour.

Sam the technician gave me quote and time for a service call. He diagnosed the problem with my washer, suggested I not repair an old washer. Very personable helpful person.

Salesperson was prompt, installed on time, trim was hanging but someone was sent to do a quick repair. I have had 3 home improvements done during covid and since every company is swamped with a backlog, I am happy with the service
