I was very excited to get my new tankless water heater, which is perfect for my small basement. I purchased the tankless water heater from Sears and arranged for them to take care of the installation. They were pretty booked up and I need to wait a full two weeks before someone could come to my house. What seemed like a fairly straightforward task, resulted in three visits to my house, and three days off work. Even when you have any appointment they give you a time range (between 8:00AM and 4:00PM), which I found very annoying. The real issue is that each time an issue arised a new repair person would show up who said previous person installed the water heater incorrectly. This was a very frustrating experience and I would not use or recommend then again.
