We recently had the standard builders front entrance overhead balcony railing replaced with a custom designed railing that would further enhance the front facade & entrance of the home. After meeting with several custom design metal railing companies the project was awarded to Smith Metal Works Ltd. The owner of the company Tarek, met with us at our home, took our design concepts, complimented it with his own ideas & created a beautifully designed balcony railing. Tarek is professional, knows his business extremely well & gave us a level of confidence that no other company could do. All of his promises with respect to; price, pre-fitting (which most don’t do), delivery date, quality of workmanship & installation were all to his word. We are extremely pleased with the service & final product that Smith Metal Works provided...we highly recommend them & will have several other projects lined up for them in the new year! I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention ‘Ricky’ their Customer Service Rep. that kept us posted on the status of the project over 6 week period...always polite, respectful & kept her word. Brad & his team were hired to removed an extremely large limb on a 33 year old Honey Locust situated on our front property that over hung the roof of the house. They took the limb down in pieces & with ease...they worked in a professional manner... exercising safety first & thinking through every cut. The clean-up following the work was great...& the cut wood was picked up & hauled away shortly after the work was done. We are extremely pleased with the workmanship, professionalism the price & the courtesy of the Macarthur team! Well Done!

I recently had all of the eavestrough replaced on my home by BlackStar Aluminum...Top Notch Service; from my initial meeting with Pat who was knowledgeable, Courteous & offered many solutions to alleviate several drainage issues that I had to the final installation. He was efficient with providing an estimate for the work & kept his promise for installation date. Ivan & Derek were the installers..they arrived on time & after introducing themselves they immediately started working. They knew what I agreed to with Pat & discussed the job with me, they worked hard, efficiently & brought to my attention any issues that arose. The site was cleaned up well & they were most friendly to deal with. I highly recommend BlackStar aluminum...all of this a very reasonable price! Well Done!
