Both the telephone and direct contact with this company were great. Very responsive and caring. Resolved my problem in record time with a smile and a kind word to go. Also adhered to Covid rules for safety.
I called Waterworks for a plugged main drain with tree roots blocking the pipe. They were very courteous and promised service in 2 hrs. Michael showed up within that time and very helpful in dealing with the issues (yes, there were more than one issue). He took the time to solve the problem, including the RootX treatment and throughout the work explained what he was doing and why. I was very happy with the whole experience.
