I do most of my home renovation purchases through rona. They are always reasonably priced, they provide air miles, and they are extremely helpful and friendly. I had them do my kitchen design layouts which were done free of charge prior to purchasing my cabinetry. They were extremely helpful friendly and patient. They have price matched for me both prior and after making purchases. I will continue to use them for my home renovations.

When I took my snowblower in and asked them to fix it because it wasn't running, they didn't check all aspects of it... I paid and was sent home but it still did not work properly so I had to take it back in a second time. I wasn't overly impressed with the service or friendliness. They tried to charge me the 2nd time but after arguing with them that they hadn't done what they were supposed to do the first time I didn't pay for the 2nd visit.
