Bonus is that Ciot and Olympia tiles is nearby. Would only order if I can't find anywhere else, customer service is average, don't expect them to return your calls, ok when they pickup your call.

Great service and professional attitude. Made recommendations right for the home owner and not the company (e.g. spray foam headers and not the floor). Only person who crawled into my crawlspace for the quote. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing spray foam insulation. Highly competitive pricing and knowledgeable on the foam technicals as well.

Highly competitive price compared to all other places. Carries quality brands like Trane and Carrier. Have used them for over 15 years, have been in business a very long time. Bonus was great technician came, was quick and patient to explain and answer all my questions. Very neat and tidy and knowledgeable of building codes and regulations for gas, furnace and air conditioning.

I can concur, phone lady is rude, impatient and rarely returns voicemails. Not very helpful at all. Criticizes just about everyone else and is the voice of authority for all things. Arrogant and self-centered. I regret ever working with them. Many errors on the report, they failed to correct, making all sorts of excuses. Plenty of other inspectors and auditors out there. Cheaper ones with much friendly service available. Should be Amateur Home and Building Inspections.

The inspection was very well done, I think the infrared scan with the FLIR was especially useful in certain cases, such as finding what could be the crawl space entrance. I'm quite satisfied, very thorough job. There's more than enough information in the report for us to review. Will definitely recommend you to any of my friends in the future. Only drawback is that I'd suggest taking your own notes or taking an audio recording during the visit as the report may not have as much detail as everything discussed. This is more of a lesson for everyone participating in an inspection and not reflective of Tom.
