We had a burst pipe that shorted out our old furnace. We went to another provider first who could not find a way to install a new furnace in our 19th century house to the new code requirements. They wanted $2K to repair the existing one. We contacted Spring Home. They were here in less than an hour, and they got really creative with coming up with a solution that replaced our furnace and repaired all our burst pipes. The cost estimate was less than the other company had quoted for a new furnace before they decided they couldn't make it work. The installers were here the next morning. They worked their butts off for 14 hours. They were very careful to protect our floors etc. and they clearly knew what they were doing. Everything was completed to our satisfaction. Bathroom and family room renovation
We contracted Assembly Pros to do a major renovation of our entire second floor, including a new ceiling, lighting, sub floor, hardwood floor, and an entire gutting of a 4 piece bathroom. The work was done precisely as estimated. We were very pleased with the overall quality of the work. We went 3 weeks over schedule, but we added small scope items.
